2 weeks off, 300+ newsletters, 24 best posts

I’m going back to work Monday, two weeks to the day I last stepped foot on the 29th floor at the Scripps Center. After 9 days of a long journey to Texas and back, I’m watching football and basketball, cleaning out e-mail and catching up with everything I’ve missed.
I subscribe to about 30 newsletters that keep me in touch with breaking news and trends in journalism, technology and social media. Most of these newsletters contain multiple posts – some like Mashable’s contain a dozen posts on some days. Do the math of all these posts in all these newsletters, and I found I had a lot of catching up to do. So that’s what I did today.
What’s in it for you? I’ve bookmarked 24 great posts that anyone in my business should read. They’re the best of the best, at least of what I’ve found from the past 2 weeks, and they’re worth your time. You can see them for yourself by checking either of my two bookmark feeds, via Publish2 or Delicious.
I add more bookmarks to these 2 feeds almost every workday, so feel free to subscribe to either or both. I can’t promise to make you smarter every day, but maybe I can save you some time in getting to the good stuff. If there’s a good post I missed, post a comment and I’ll take a look.
