Advice for journalists and realtors: something in common

Of all the posts I’ve read in the past 2 days (hundreds of them), this is my favorite:
Social media blogger Chris Brogan hits it right on the head, not just for realtors, but also for journalists. Realtors and journalists share one thing in common – they should all be the experts of their local area. To develop and exploit that expertise, Chris recommends:
- taking and posting tons of pictures
- interviewing people – learning their stories
- creating hyperlocal news and information sites
- creating niche sites to build online communities
Simple? No.
An essential step to growing your business in these challenging times? Absolutely.
