			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the toughest 5-mile run in my rotation.  Look at the elevation tab on the upper-right corner of the map. That second hill is an estimated 400-foot climb in the span of 1 mile.  It&#8217;s really tough.  I&#8217;ve learned to climb it by running at my own pace, and not trying to do it too fast.  The bottom half of this run (in terms of the map) is Markley Rd, Five Mile Rd and Birney Ln &#8211; all pretty country roads with a canopy of trees all along.</p>
